About

Isabelle Bart is the founder of Impact Innovator and is passionate about empowering individuals of all backgrounds to create innovative and impactful enterprises. Isabelle was previously the Director of the SBDC (Small Business Development Center, a program of the Small Business Administration) at the University of California Irvine Beall Applied Innovation which provides strategic consulting services to startups, and the managing director for Academies for Social Entrepreneurship, which promotes the development of social enterprises and business ventures to address social & environmental problems. 

She was previously the Executive Director of RevHub OC, where she managed partnerships and led operations of their social impact incubator/accelerator.  She is also an Associate Professor at the College of Business for Westcliff University, teaching entrepreneurship to undergrad students, and a lead instructor for the National Science Foundation’s I-Corps program at UC Irvine. 

She is a member of the global Catalyst 2030 group promoting and working towards achieving the United Nations 2030 Sustainable Development Goals.

Isabelle holds a Masters in Business Administration from ESSEC Business School in Paris, France.
